I didn’t exactly grasp what it was going to mean when I titled this blog, “Begin the Journey,” until a Sunday morning in September some six months later. It is amazing how you start something for a specific reason and you end up on a path that you had no idea you would take. This day happened and everything I did routinely and took for granted was turned upside down. I began a journey that changed me and all those around me.
